The film Do You See What I See: Horror Story #64 First Love is based on a true story that was told on a famous podcast—Do You See What I See by Mizter Popo—about a girl who fell in love not with a human, but a pocong figure named Restu. This film is the first film to tell a love story between humans and spirits, directed by Awi Suryadi.
Diandra Agatha is the main character in the film Do You See What I See—playing the role of Mawar who falls in love with the figure of Pocong. Apart from that, the other players consist of Shenina Cinnamon, Sonia Alyssa, Isaiah Abraham, Jessica Shaina, Ratu Rafa, Sarah Felicia, and Irgy Ahmad Fahrezy.
Mawar, a girl who has just lost both her parents, is forced to live in a boarding house while studying. Mawar is good friends with boarding house members such as Vey, Kartika, and Dona. Mawar has never dated in her life. However, everything was different when he returned from a pilgrimage to his parents’ graves. Vey felt there was something different about Mawar—it turned out Mawar had fallen in love!
The days were changing, but Mawar’s feeling of falling in love felt different. Vey and Mawar’s other friends tried to find out who Mawar’s lover, who was mentioned by Restu, was until they discovered that Restu was not human, but a pocong.
