Her debut film was quite successful. Night Bus received 11 nominations at the 2017 Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) and successfully returned with 6 awards, including the Best Feature Film category. Through that thriller genre film, Hana’s path in the Indonesian film industry began to open up.
Recently, Hana Malasan was entrusted to portray the character Hanif in the film Sorop produced by MD Pictures. The film, adapted from an unfinished thread by SimpleMan, tells the story of siblings who are terrorized when they return to their childhood home in their hometown.
