PT Jakarta Film Studio is a subsidiary of the Company which was established under the name of PT Jakarta Studio based on the Deed of Establishment No. 20 dated October 17, 2019, made before Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah, S.H., notary in Jakarta. This deed has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0086081. AH.01.02. of 2019 dated October 23, 2019 and Company Register No. AHU-0201697.AJ.01.11 of 2019 dated October 23, 2019, which approved the changes to the Articles of Association of PT Jakarta Film Studio with Tax Identification Number 024669970009000, domiciled in East Jakarta, as stated in the copy of Deed No. 20 dated October 17, 2019 made before Notary Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah, S.H., M.H
The Jakarta Film Studio complex is a custom-built, world-class, Hollywood-style workspace in Jakarta, Indonesia. It features the first Dolby Atmos mixing studio (Fourmix) along with editing and grading facilities (Fix It) and 3 state-of-the-art NC22 soundstages ranging from 177 square meters to 576 square meters. It also has several ready-made sets and thousands of props on site for filming convenience. Its facility spans over 22,000 square meters and is located several minutes away from Taman Mini exit gate in Ceger
BUSINESS ACTIVITIES Jakarta Film Studio is a subsidiary of the Company engaged in:
- Building and/or property rental services;
- Machinery and filming equipment rental services;
- Film trading.
To achieve the aforementioned purpose and objectives, Jakarta Film Studio may conduct business activities as follows:
- Building and/or property rental services: conducting business in the purchase, leasing, and operation of buildings, both owned and rented, such as office buildings, apartments, residential and non-residential buildings; providing management services for buildings, properties/ real estates (apartments, condominiums).
- Machinery and equipment rental services: providing rental services of machineries and supporting equipment for film production.
- Film trading:

- Presently, the Company runs business in the rental of location and properties for film shooting.
