This movie is produced by MD Pictures, one of the biggest production houses in Indonesia. Syifa Hadju and Angga Yunanda will star in this movie. Manoj Punjabi, the CEO, and founder of MD Pictures, will produce this movie with the director, Hanung Bramayanto. Catatan Si Boy 2023 Synopsis
Boy truly loves Nuke, his girlfriend. The two of them deeply love each other and promise to be together forever. But unbeknownst to Boy, Nuke hides the fact that her father disapproves of Boy and he is against their relationship. Nuke’s father then decided to send Nuke to study abroad.
On the day Nuke was scheduled to depart for London, Boy secretly followed her. Boy approaches and hopes that Nuke will change her mind, and not just give up on their relationship. Unfortunately, Nuke is powerless. She just cried and apologized. In that instant Boy realizes: he has lost the love of his life.
Time passed and Boy has succeeded in closing his wound. One day there is a new student on campus named Vera. The first time Vera sees Boy, Vera immediately falls in love with him. Vera tries hard and aggressively shows her love for Boy. Vera finally has Boy’s attention, but Vera is not Nuke, and Boy tries to accept Vera as she is.
Nuke unexpectedly appears back in Boy’s life. The two of them share a longing that is full of blue emotion. Nuke explains that she has always been under her father’s rule, but she feels unhappy and unable to forget Boy.
Nuke wants them to continue their relationship secretly. But Boy is too hurt and he doesn’t want to reopen the wound again. Secret relationships would only hurt both of them all over again and Boy couldn’t bring himself to risk that. Nuke is very sad to hear that but she understands.
Will Boy succeed in getting Nuke’s father’s approval, or should Boy give up Vera and Nuke simultaneously to win both of their hearts over?
